Before any drawing is final, every critical decision is brought to one table and reconciled in writing. Changing course here costs a conversation. Later, it costs concrete.

DECIDE.

The brief is written once, reviewed by every discipline, and signed before it is allowed to become anyone's assumption.

Budget, site conditions, and ambition are reconciled while changing course still costs nothing — not after the design is loved.

Ambition is free.
Until it meets a site survey and a bank statement.

Architect, engineer, and designer's drawings are brought to one table until they stop quietly contradicting each other.

Every consultant is right, alone.
