The floor plan is beautiful. It is also, quietly, impossible — not because anyone made a mistake, but because nobody checked it against the one thing that doesn't negotiate: the ground it sits on.

Discovered at Gate 02, it's a conversation and a redesign. Discovered after construction drawings are finished, it's a redesign fee, a delay, and a harder conversation with the same owner.
